You never know what you're going to get. Order for white meat you get dark meat. Most of the time the food is cold the service is terrible.
So tired of having simple orders easily filled wrong. How hard is it to read what the order is and still can't fill the order right. Education should be a major part in accepting applicants. How can you make a mistake on two of the exact same items? I ordered 2 Spicy chicken sandwiches and both were wrong. Spicy is in NO way in the same category as bbq or plain. I think it scares me more to know that this is how our workforce is today.
