I had an excellent experience at the Popeyes location in Urbana. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the meal. I especially want to highlight the manager, Santos. His professionalism and attention to detail were clear from the start. DO NOT GO HERE. For some reason this Popeyes hates sauce. They will not give it to you or they will give you too little. I came in ready to order the wings exactly as the Popeyes app shows: a wing flavor and a side sauce. The most useless place I have been. They give you bad orders and when you take it back. The manager or whoever in charge refused to change the food and offers you a refused in cash although you paid with card.
