Absolutely terrible experience during the night shift. The customer service was horrible, and the food quality was just as bad. My chicken was old, dried out, and half the skin was missing. To make it worse, they had us wait 25 minutes just to hand back the same chicken, and it still wasn’t even hot. I have never been treated this badly at this location. I have been coming here off and on for the past 5 years. When I first came here the service and food were excellent. Over the past couple of years the service has changed for the worse. For example I made an online order and the app status read as ready for pickup and went there to pick it up and I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my order. Then my order was wrong. I like this location but make sure you check your order. I really wanted my mash potatoes an not rice an beans🙄,,,I just went back and service was so slow,everybody that was working was soooo slow I got upset,I won't be back at this time again which was after 7 on a Saturday.
