I can’t believe I was in break trying to order my lunch and I got undone chicken! This is disgusting I was so hungry I’m trying to find atleast one chicken that’s not pink I can’t believe this! And then my friends was frozen stilll!! I can’t believe yall still in business and when I wanted my money back they said the manager wasn’t there!!
We ordered white meat and went to the counter but the manager said sorry we're out even after the order confirmation. He kept nodding his head without saying anything which was weird, I don't know his name but he have white beard wearing a hat, then finally he said we can mix it up, the way they packed the food was horrible.Anothet thing the owner should teach the manager how to behave appropriately with customers..a giving that manager a big 0 stars.
I placed the order through the popeyes mobile application on Sunday at 8 and it was already closed, they haven't returned my money
Food - taste is good. Chicken size is poor, especially the wing and leg parts. Service - If only I can put a 0 star, I would. 1. Always questions me whenever I use a coupon (then why do you keep on sending me in my mail?). 2. I asked for a bag for my drinks because I ordered, carrying a lot and I was alone but they said no, ended up leaving my drinks because I can’t carry them anymore.
