One or the worst locations I had the displeasure of visiting. At 1130, I called to ask for a pickup and they explained it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at 1150, before the lunch rush hour and they tell me another 10 minutes. I wait until 1220 and request a refund, at which point they tell me it is ready. Rather than giving me the refund, they argued to take the food. I discourage anyone from patroning such a poorly ran store.
The $20 family meal offer was not available for halal options, which was disappointing. Staff seemed untrained on halal requirements and gave inconsistent responses, even refusing to include halal chicken in other promotions. Overall, the experience showed poor customer service and lack of inclusivity. I won’t be returning anytime soon until all customers are treated equally.
