This is the first time I have visited Popeyes store 13301. I have other Popeyes closer to where I live but the service was extremely slow with less than friendly staff. When I walk in I was greeted by a woman behind the counter with a smile and asked how she could help me. After I told her I was there to pick up an order she turned around and it was ready. At approximately 2:23 PM today, I asked the shift manager a simple question regarding my order. Her response was rude and unprofessional, and she rolled her eyes at me. I felt this was unnecessary and disrespectful. I value good customer service, and I believe this situation should be addressed so that future interactions reflect professionalism and respect.
I want my money back. I had hair and strings in my food!
