Every time I visit this location, Luis is always extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude truly makes the experience better, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He consistently provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. I’ve also heard other customers mention how great he is, which shows how dedicated he is to his job. I hope his manager sees this because Luis is a valuable employee. Love that sweet & spicy chicken! The food was good. It’s the service that is poor in this location. I ordered in the app ahead to save time. I still waited 10 minutes more once in the place. Then I checked my order and I was missing the whole order of boneless wings - and had to wait 5 more minutes! There is also no coke zero available even though it’s listed on the app. Also when you mobile order you still have to go fill your own drink so it takes even longer. By the time we ate the food was cold.
Shrimp is on the menu for this location but when I went there to order it, it's not being sold at this location. DISAPPOINTED ☹️
