Typically, I have a good experience at this location, but whoever the guy was at the front counter today was not good at Customer Service, He did not know how to control the line, He let a guy cut in front of me, and then when I mentioned it to him, he just argued with me instead of apologizing. He had the worst attitude completely unfriendly and should not be working in any place that serves the public. Won't give tartar sauce with the shrimp
Every time I visit this location, Luis is always extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude truly makes the experience better, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He consistently provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. I’ve also heard other customers mention how great he is, which shows how dedicated he is to his job. I hope his manager sees this because Luis is a valuable employee.
