I would give zero stars for this Popeyes if I could. Got there to pick up 2 DoorDash orders. The orders were sitting on the printer. 2 ladies were standing there chatting and laughing. Told her I was there for the orders. She took them off the printer. She packed one, then said the second order will be 6 more minutes. Then someone came thru the drive thru. The chicken was fresh, the restaurant was nice and clean, the staff was nice to me, the pies was fresh as well. I can really appreciate the team work from this Popeyes 💯
Ordered here multiple times in the last year, it started off fine then not so good. I ordered here and this is the 5th time in a row a large portion of my meal was completely missing and I hadn’t noticed until I got home. This location is horrible
Today is the second time I have been to this location and both times the customer service was terrible. The lady that took my order was rude and would rather text on her phone than assist me in the drive thru. I ordered a 5 piece and only got 3 pieces. When I returned the food back I didn't get an apology or anything. She just took the box back and gave me the correct amount and walked away to play on her phone. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to Popeye's on Christmas Eve at this location. I went last night, and it took over a half hour to get our food. I had to go inside and the food myself because they were taking an extremely long time. I know the staff did this on purpose because they were mad they had to work on Christmas Eve. Popeye's usually has the WORST staff you can imagine. Go and see yourself it's actually kinda funny at how bad they are with customer service.
