Asked for garlic Parmesan got spicy rub extra doused instead couldn't go back , how do you screw up so bad ?
Food is never fresh. They forget food items also
Wings were not sauced at all…rather just put on top of a bath of the sauce I ordered. I’m not sure if that is the expectation, to dip in the sauce you ordered? But it definitely takes the quality of the wings down. The wings themselves tasted ok but they look nothing like the pictures that show them evenly coated in the sauce. Feedback for management to kick these up a notch: toss your wings in the sauce!
This afternoon is the second time in a month I did not get what I paid for. The First time, I ordered a combo meal to go, I did not get mashed potatoes. The following visit, I mentioned it to the drive thru lady, she simply ignored me.This afternoon, I ordered a 10-piece family meal and picked it up at the drive thru. When we opened the bag at dinner time, I noticed we only had 3 legs, 3 thighs and 2 breasts (8 pieces). We're missing 2 wings. Since we live 4 to 5 miles away. We decided not to drive back.
