Slow service, my order today did not give Mac n cheese, skimpy servings of chicken tenders, no sauces included. I’m afraid they won’t make it. I waited 15 minutes while they cooked it, bad management? I love this chain but this one has a lot of problems….
If I could give it 0s, I would. The rating speaks for itself however, 1 star is too high a rating for this dump. The staff are extremely disrespectful. That's right, they aren't just unprofessional or nonchalant and dismissive of your requests; they aren't simply rude or impolite, no sir/ma'am, here they take a step further. I don’t know what the manger problem was yesterday went in for 3pc large combo and chicken dippers with fries when got to window told her again wanted large mash potatoes , pulls us forward for 15 mins so I go inside then they tell me they’re out of dippers like were y’all go come outside in tell me , so I accept tenders have to wait another 10mins with no line outside or inside I ask her again is my mash potatoes and fry in there she reads back the order with an attitude but no large mash or fry in the bag when i get home w... read more
Worst place in Crestview. The lobby is closed and locked hours before the posted closing time with no explanation, no sign. Tried the drive through. Guy in front of us seemed to take a while, sat for about 15 minutes then figured out why when he just drove off and left. They don’t answer the drive through, just let you sit there waiting.
