Mr C. Was so sweet. I went through the drive through. My first choice, well, they were out of it. No biggie, I got something else. Let's face it, Popeye's chicken is the best thing. Ever. Soon as I left my Servsafe class I was so hungry. With all the knowledge I just received I had to tell my story. So the cashier was very polite. The manager (african American) was in the kitchen with her hair not tied. Hanging down to her legs. 😱… So as i was finishing ordering. I noticed how a kitchen worker comes up front. Worst popeyes ever. How do you have such bad reviews and not fix any problems? This is management problems. I see all the responding to the reviews but no real change.
Cashier was super nice but we waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some wings and after that long wait we were served cold fries.
