Worst place in Crestview. The lobby is closed and locked hours before the posted closing time with no explanation, no sign. Tried the drive through. Guy in front of us seemed to take a while, sat for about 15 minutes then figured out why when he just drove off and left. They don’t answer the drive through, just let you sit there waiting. The most disrespectful crew never ordering here again
Showed up, wouldn't let us order inside. Made us go through the drive through. So we did, and it took us about 40 minutes to do so. When we firet started ordering the lady who took our order let out a long sigh when we said we have 2 orders. She proceeded to take our order in complete sass and attitude. And then she wouldn't let us use our coupons because it's "One per car." Even though it explicity says one per customer. And it would've been a lot easier if they would just let us inside.
