Pleasant atmosphere!
My oder was messed up and I gave it the final chance to get it right. I'm done with Popeyes at this location. Going elsewhere. / Tried to see if problem fixed. So ordered today again 10/14/25. Again did not receive what I wanted. Totally done with Jax Bch Popeyes. Will start going to Ft. Caroline Popeyes. They are have better customer service and don't constantly mess up orders. Thank you.
It's a fast food place, so I wouldn't expect it to have much atmosphere
My daughter was just verbally attacked in this restaurant.. (Neptune beach) by an employee.. he called her a Black ghetto hood rat .. As the other employees sat an watching.. One employee came out saying im sorry.. hes just old .. For 15 mins while she waited for her food this man went on & on racially abusing her in front of her 12 y/o brother..
For the last 3 years now I’ve ordered my turkey from this location Cajun Turkey Is Forever Now Our Family Tradition no going back gobble gobble please let me know when I can place my order thanks Popeyes
