Do not go there if you want to wait for 1 hour for them to give your food . I got chicken tenders combos for my whole family. 1: It did not have no Louisiana flavor everything was bland . It tasted like the chicken tenders that you get from the brand Tyson at dollar general if I wanted that I would have gone over there instead and way cheaper . 2 : some of their chickens came super chewy or raw that's just disgusting I love Popeye's but not at this place
I visited Popeyes on 01/31/2026 To pick up some original tenders for my wife at about 6 in the evening and they told me that they did not have none because they were frozen. They did not take them out of the freezer, and I questioned little girl at the window about this saying you're open till 11:00. What are you going to do for tenders for all the people that would like one of their most requested item, she went on to tell me that it wasn't that big of a deal. The customer service is atrocious, not helpful at all when asked to help choosing combos. Popeyes the company as a Whole is completely out of touch, I ordered a four piece combo with a large beans and rice and the total was $24! $24 for one single person, this is ridiculous. I canceled my order and went to a local restaurant, ordered delicious food, had somebody wait on me and even had a beer. $30 out the door, including tip. This chain is too big for their britches…
