I came in awhile back and did not have the best experience. The manager Diane reached out to me after hearing about and did everything she could to make it right. Today I came in and dealt with Brittany, Troy, and Diane and the entire experience from start to finish was a complete 180 and one of the best experiences I’ve had coming into a fast food place. Thank you so much for what you did to make it right and every time I’m in this area I will be making sure to stop in for some chicken.
I have eaten at a few Popeyes in Arizona, and chicken is cold and dry, This Popeyes i always go out of my way to eat here because chicken is always hot , juicy and fresh!! Frying oil is never over used. The other Popeyes restaurants could learn some lessons in cooking from this Popeyes!
I wish there’s was more mangers like Rene’. My order was mistakenly given out. No big deal, got it done quickly. The kiosk issue isn’t the store fault. It’s the people that make the mistake, not the employees. Tip my hat off to you Rene. You’re doing an amazing service to all of us truck drivers. Thank you. 9/9/25
You would think with how long it takes the staff to prepare your order that they would have PLENTY of time to get it right, but no. Can't even get them to turn around and look at the long line of customers waiting for help let alone get their attention to correct your order.
Love popeyes but the service here is horrendous. I ordered pick up and the man running the counter saw me enter and just said "kiosk" (which would have meant something if I needed to place an order) no hi, no how can I help you, and walked away. So I stood there for almost 10 minutes simply waiting for someone to acknowledge me for pick up. I finally had to yell into the kitchen that I had a pick up order.
