Used the app for my first order. Ended up not getting what I paid for. Told them about it and they just ignored me.. annoying… I get it that people try to scam, but I wasn’t. Frustrating for sure
The moral is so low you can taste it in the food. Obvious problem with management.
I miss the somewhat younger manager, who was more personable and asked to see pictures of my newborn while giving me the military discount. Noreen seems like a grumpy old cheapskate who probably could give me the military discount, but doesn’t want to “get in trouble” possibly with corporate. I guess I’ll go to KFC or somewhere else. Popeyes should make the military discount available for all stores and on all items. Food's good, but no more rice? Seriously, why do they always get rid of the best stuff? Ugh, everywhere, they're turning into all the other fast food places. It sucks!
