Very very bad service. Poor communication. Drive thru is the worst and they always every time I go they mess up the order or forget part of the order

Ordered a tender meal and it came out with the wrong side after patiently waiting 10 minutes for my food. Tenders clearly had been laying under the heat lamp for 5 hours because they were dry and somehow cold at the same time.
Drive thru is horrible communication is poor. Received my order which was the ghost pepper hot wings. The wings were burnt and the fountain drinks were warm and had hardly any taste. Really need to up there whole entire store giving Popeyes a bad wrap.
