Top notch Popeyes! Great job!
Inventory was not updated live on the ordering kiosks, so I didn’t learn that half of what I ordered wasn’t available until after they called my name. They did not refund the extra cost of the side that was unavailable, the mashed potatoes had a dry crumbled substance in them, and the sandwich was falling apart inside the bag.
I ordered from here for my husband and they gave him pink lemonade instead of the Coca Cola i ordered for him. He is very allergic to lemons, that’s why i ordered a coca cola. Also i have not been able to get into contact with anyone about it. This is just ridiculous and they need to do better. Someone’s life was put at risk because of a drink they messed up. Im very disappointed and will not be ordering anything from there again.
Came here mid day, great staff. Very welcoming and the manager was also extremely helpful and friendly. Great food
