This is horrible place. I made an order via "Popeyes App" on Memorial day. It was obviously taken my order and when I arrived this restaurant, they were closed. I was still okay with that. And next day I went there and showed my mobile order, but they said , just to call to HQ of Popeyes and get the refund?! And the HQ never being connected. The chicken tenders were excellent! I just don’t like that some parts of the breading have no chicken inside, but overall, it’s very good, you don’t have to wait a long line, and even though it is pretty loud at rush hour, I can still hear what the employee says.
I like this place because the manager and the employees are super friendly, the food is super fresh and the taste is incredible
This Popeyes needs to SHUT DOWN. Trumbull Mall location gives a bad rep for Popeyes. This is my second day in a row going there & there’s a young woman delegated to the register and doesn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge or greet me. I stood there both times for almost 3 minutes while she acted like she didn’t see me (I also was the only one in line yesterday and today). I sometimes order from Uber Eats, and they’re always either missing something or giving me a totally different item and not telling me. Very unprofessional.
