If you are adoor dasher, do not take an order from this particular location. They will not double check to make sure the right order is handed out, and will let the door dasher take the blunt of the negative customer service score.
When I ordered 35 dollars food including 2 large boxes of fries they did not give me any ketchup or sauces for the food. I asked for ketchup and sauce and they very rudely stated we needed to pay extra for each ketchup and sauce. The sodas were flat all of them and rhe food was all room temperature after asking them for fresh food. They were extremely rude and threw the 3 packs of ketchup and said "go"....what kind of manager is this???
Frequent this location almost everyday for lunch due to it being adjacent to my place of work. Quick service with friendly staff especially Manager Alex C. I do mobile order and he makes sure I don’t have to wait, I pull up he brings it out and I am on my way . Alex C. you and your staff Rock!!! Food items I order are always hot and fresh. You Guys and Gals keep up the good job!!!
