Poor kid behind the counter was the ONLY register, at Dinnertime! He did very well under all that pressure, just wish it didnt take 20-25 minutesto get in & out with our order. Again, ONE register open at Dinnertime.
They opened in January of this year and I have been there and we have visited 3 times. Jan, Feb and Mar every time the order was not the proper pieces of chicken. They have shorted us on breast each time. January 14 pc meal. No breasts or wings at all. Feb 14 pc 2 breasts and 6 thighs. Today after I specifically asked the employees to be sure my 8 pieces had 2 of each type of pieces it had only 1 breast. Breast are the most expensive piece so is this continuing mistakes or just shorting people to save money ? I won't be back... read more
