It's Popeye's! Great chicken for carryout.
I placed an online order at 9:00 PM, arrived 15 minutes later, and immediately saw my food sitting on the counter. Instead of handing it to me or packing it up, the staff completely ignored me for 20 minutes while I stood there waiting. No greeting, no status update, no basic customer service whatsoever. Manager Alcia was the heavy set manager that was very rude and bias. Had a receipt with survey code that she would not honor out of spite. Very nasty and dismissive attitude. I made a purchase and did survey why are you lying saying that my code is fake ? Very very bad experience!!
