Customer service was top tier she was very Patient and answer any questions we had her name was Alicia so keep it up thank u
Now they give only 1 bag of sauce even you buy 6 pieces or 18 pieces of chicken!!!! I understand that some customer may ask for too much sauce but you as employee as manager as owner should use your brain to consider how much sauce you should give per order. You guys act like a stupid AI. One more thing they do not give free water anymore. Don’t forget who is your target customer? These policy will make business rundown sooner or later.
Now, this so called new owner is charging for sauces even for just one that would normally go with your chicken. They took the water cups away. To your Manager, this will not pay your rent! Have you noticed all of these "for lease signs" everywhere? I hope so, because you don't have long!
They will not provide a cup of tap water for free now…
