Food wasn't hot and chicken had no Flavor
We went in around 5 PM to pick up some spicy as well as original chicken and bought a 12 pack. The original chicken was great, but unfortunately, the spicy chicken look like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours as it was dry, slightly burned, and not really that enjoyable. The service was absolutely fine and friendly, but I remember when I worked at KFC 45 years ago, if something sat under the heat lamp for too long, you pulled it. They should’ve done the same.
