the manager is pretty rude
The women here are nasty to customers and from what I witnessed to uber / doordashers. I couldn't believe my ears when they told all the food delivery drivers they had to make more chicken and they all had to wait 10 more minutes. A driver asked to use the bathroom then. They told him no they stated they are told not to let the drivers use the bathroom. So they have these people wait and denied them the bathroom. A lady diver immediately left in discust. This store needs a through deep cleaning it’s disgusting. Flies everywhere.
Parking will be by luck. There are not many spots. Took approx 30 minutes to get 1 order or Mac. Only one person in front of me cause everyone else got tired of waiting and left. A few door dashers came in while I was there. Every person's order was missing something. They were 3/3 for orders missing items. There were flies flying all around the store. The lady who may have been a supervisor was just yelling at everyone the entire time. I guess that's normal for a restaurant, but she was yelling because everything was wrong.... read more
This was the worst experience I've had in a long time!! I ordered online, to pick up in the store/restaurant. When I get there, I stood at the desk for a moment and since others were in front of me, I decided I'll use the bathroom, but it was locked. I asked the store rep, "Can I use the bathroom, please?" She says, "No, it's for dine-in customers only." I felt that was weird because a customer is a customer, paying the same amount for the same products, right?!
