Waiting to long in drive thru
You can never go wrong with a visit to Popeyes. Chicken had been sitting too long. Crust wash hard,chicken dried out Mashed potatoes were correctly cooked with delicious gravey They were out OUT OF RICE How can you be out of rice at lunch time?
I usually don’t have any issues with this location but today I had a terrible experience. Placed a mobile order, and it was incorrect. I informed the young lady at the window of the error, she replied in a curt manner “thats all we got.” I had more questions and the interaction became slightly hostie…I guess because she didn’t want to answer them. The interaction was just so unpleasant and unacceptable, I wish I had gotten her name. Definitely hesitant about spending money here again, bad attitudes and no effort to remedy TH... read more
