I just visited this location and every time I try to patronize my area .This location never failed me with horrible service they either out of something are there shorter Help or Customer Service but today I went through the drive thu . I have a broken foot and I was told if I’m not paying cash, I will have to come inside. The manager got on headset and said we will only be able to serve you inside and she was rude!!! This location has gone way down. They are often out of things, they consistently forget items in orders, and product quality is hit or miss. Look at the container of beans and rice they sent me. Literally two tablespoons of beans and rice in here. Not acceptable at all. Also the pie was old and they forgot my garlic parm rub on my shrimp. And why dont they have the tartar sauce on the menu? Who wants cocktail sauce with fried shrimp? Had to get a refund from the app.

I'm sitting here on my lunch break. I got the surf and turf combo special. One of my tenders was a quarter of a tender. Shrimp was fine. Dirty rice was spoiled. Took it to the counter to the manager on duty. Her response was I dont know I dont eat that. Never offered me a replacement side. I had to just ask for fries instead. Then instead of her taking the food and throwing it away. She looked me up and down and asked me the throw it in the trash can.
