The food does not live up to their marketing logo 'Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen'. Great service at this Concord location! Tenders are crispy crunchy with tender chicken, but bland. A variety of dips are available, but small. Biscuits are dry and bland. I was not able to get butter for the biscuit. I was informed Popeyes does not have butter. Butter would have made the biscuit enjoyable. Cole slaw was also bland, with no pickles in it. In Louisiana honey butter is served with buttery biscuits. And pickles are in the coleslaw. Kudos to the staff at Concord Popeyes. You were short-staffed and extremely busy, but you guys were polite and kept your sense of humor. The restaurant was squeaky clean and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Keep up the good work,and I hope Corporate recognizes you for it!
This place is doing great, I’ve been multiple times in a week, I think I’m hooked and due a break. Fast service, hot food, good sides, and I like their dessert menu.. especially the strawberry biscuits. Good job management!
Excellent chicken and the manger is really serious about making sure things are just right. Excellent communication!
