First time eating at this Popeyes. I’m from Louisiana and up here for work. Lived in Dublin a while and now in new Albany. It’s very surprising but nice that the Popeyes here tastes just like back home. My order was accurate which is so nice from fast food these days. I was asked to pull around to a parking spot because my food wasn’t ready but I did not mind at all because I’d rather wait a few minutes on fresh food than you rush and give me the wrong stuff. Ordered chicken wings. They were cooked well, but half the wings didn’t have a speck of the dry rub I ordered. I also ordered 2 side sauces of the signature hot that were filled 1/4th full. If I’m paying almost a dollar for a sauce I expect the sauce cup to be well over half way full. That’s just robbery.

2nd time here and customer service from the same lady at the window is awful. This time I asked for all dark and she said the had only thighs. I asked if that was considered dark and she was very rude and told me well yeah. I told her she didn’t have to speak to me in that manner and so she went quiet. She gave me a small soda which I told her I had wanted a large which she replied well you should have been more clear and give me $3.50. In a really rude way.
