It was after 1030 when I got there and I was expecting for the lobby to be closed. But they actually was not very friendly service. I cannot remember the manager name who was working but he was very polite and apologized for the small wait. Very customer oriented
(Sept 2024) Tried it out once again and they have heavily cleaned up their act it's a lot better now compared to the honestly disaster that was the launch +1 star. Came here when it first opened got semi cold food and took a while however now that the chaos is gone its a good experience now Oh p.s. if you want better shrimp just go to the swensons down the road a bit. I have used this location on several occasions. I have had the same exact service every time I have placed an on line order. I have had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my food . What's the point of ordering on line if they don't start your order until you arrive . This makes no sense to me.
The staff at this location are always amazing! I am blessed to work in the area, but even if I’m not working I would make the trip over to this location anyways. The lady at the drive thru is always so kind and sweet, and the gentleman who I think is the manager is also amazing. You can truly see that the staff at this specific location are what makes it so special.
