Placed an online order at 5:30 and received a call to let me know that the store had run out of chicken sandwiches. How is this even possible at a Popeyes, and why is it a recurring issue? The app provided little to no help with actually receiving a solution, and we’re currently left in the dark on if we’ll even get our money back. Terrible experience from this store, and I can guarantee we will never make that mistake again.
My husband and I visited this Popeye's about 5 days ago around 4 pm. Waited over 30 minutes for our food because they forgot what we ordered. The tables were dirty and floor slippery. Were the understaffed? Of course not! Full crew were behind the counter on their phones and dilly-dallying. Manager came out to see the tables dirty and when back behind the counter never to be seen again!! Food was terrible. Wish I could give this place less than a star. The pickup experience was very disappointing. The app did not provide any order updates, and we had to wait outside for almost an hour without any information. When we finally received the order, the food was not hot, and some of the items we ordered were missing.
Overall the trip was fine for a week night dinner but they forgot our biscuits after a 20 min wait for Fries
