This is the worse Popeyes own the planet. They get get my oder incorrect. Takes over 30 minutes. The people working there just don't care about customer service. I now drive a little further to the one in dawsonville to avoid the ignorance at this location.
This man, apparently the GM, does not need to be working with the general public let alone in any “customer service” positions. No accountability for this absolutely AWFUL location. Staff seems just clueless, they barely understand how to even take and ring in orders if you can even get them to acknowledge you at the counter. There is a serious training issue here. Excellent service and the food was delicious!!!
Ethan was super friendly and welcoming the moment my family and I walked in the door from yet another night at a sports practice! He made what would normally have been just a quick stop to grab a bite to eat into an experience that'll stick with us. Thank you Ethan!
