Cook with very bad attitude slamming stuff in back is manager also waited 15 mins for just chicken sandwich then was told they have to drop chicken for the sandwich will be another 10 mins was only one in line ask to talk to manager was the cook so ask for my money back all I got was a ticket that said void nothing said refund or my card info so probably got charged
The next time I will be sure read the reviews before make a stop. The place look clean but the customer service is horrible they don’t care give to you a good service only they give to you for what you ask. I ask a number 3 but they don’t give napkins not ketchup and you not have the option for take it you need to ask for everything. I feel like my pets I put the food on them and thats all. Deserve 0 stars; terrible customer service waited 45 minutes with a dose of unprovoked attitude. That kiosk system is a joke. It delays does not help. Also the feminine young black man needs training on customer service, he was just rude. I should have went to burger king instead
