Employees are chill, nice and helpful, and the chicken was probably the most perfectly cooked chicken I've ever had. It feels weird to say that about fast food, but dayum.. absolutely bussin.
Still haven't been refunded after numerous requests to customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will literally steal your money. Placed and paid for an online order and when arriving and waiting in the drive through for some time, someone finally came on and said "we are closed". They said I must cancel the order in the app. There's no way to cancel an order in the app. Well there's a button that says cancel order, but after pressing it the app said we can't cancel your order based on the reason you provided.... read more
