The order from today, 01/13/2026, was placed on the app and apparently the restaurant was out of fries. Why wasnt I contaced? Do they not have access to my email and/or phone number since I ordered thru the app?! I get there and at the Drive Thru the cashier said, "Sooo umm... like we are all out of fries....." - HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF FRIES?!?! I didnt even want the whole order! The man helping work the drive thru was super rude. They gave out an order incorrectly and messed up the drive thru line. He was yelling at the poor woman in front of us and then when he pulled up, he was still incredibly rude and dismissive.
