Hi, I’ve had 3 bad orders in a row from Popeyes (delivery + pickup). Each time, items were missing (drinks, biscuits, apple pie), and the last time my chicken was burnt and wrong pieces were given (only wings instead of thigh, breast, leg). The $10 or 600 points compensation doesn’t even cover what I paid for the missing items. I’d like a proper resolution — either a full refund or store credit that reflects the repeated issues. Thank you.

Took 35 minutes (almost no line) to get a cold tasteless sandwich. Don't waste your time, go to the location on Screaming Eagle Blvd.
It was 1730 on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and waited almost 40 minutes for my sandwich. My buddy ordered the same. The food was cold and tasteless. Floors were filthy and covered in trash behind the counter. After eating the chicken, I threw up multiple times over several hours; so did my buddy. I will not eat here again— take your business elsewhere.
