I have been there a few times since they opened and it never fails the customer service is just awful. On the plus side the food is awesome though hot and fresh.
While customer service was really good, the fried chicken was really small, the fries were cold, the beans and rice were mostly rice and they were out of sweet tea. Hope it gets better in the future
While the food is decent for fast food you probably don't want to go unless you have at least 20-30 minutes to wait for your order. We ordered 3 chicken strips and 2 pieces of chicken and waited 30 minutes at least. Even with nearly five people at the window weweren't told until after we paid that it would be another 5-10 minutes for chicken strips because they just dropped them when we pulled up. We will definitely be waiting a while to go back until their service is better.
