Your Clanton location repeatedly appears to close well before posted hours. On 4/10/26 at about 8:30 PM, the doors were locked, the drive-thru did not answer, and only one light/white car was visible even though the posted closing time was 10:00 PM. This has happened multiple times. I’d like this reviewed by the general manager or franchise operator.
Order food after I paid said it would be a few minutes on chicken 45 mins later I asked for refund was told they could not so I was late for an appointment. I waited almost 1 hour for 2 meals,
Nothing but a joke. Order and paid for food at 2pm only to get told to park in first parking spot because they are cooking the fried pickles I ordered. It is now 2:13 and still no food. It doesn’t take this long to cook an order of fried pickles. They need to get there stuff straight. And if you don’t carry the stuff on the menu anymore then updated the menu. Has been nothing but a problem since it came to Clanton. There’s always an issue.
