Ordered through app on 29th of July. Went to pick up and store is closed. Can't get app help option to cancel order or help with refund. 2 days later and no word.
Always waiting despite ordering ahead of time online or even going through the drive through normally without a soul in front of me. They rarely have the seasonal or limited-time-only menu items too. I can use the app, order what I want, but won't be notified until I get to the location that something I already paid for is out of stock. I *never* write bad reviews, but this is too bad to overlook - for me anyways.
