Always waiting despite ordering ahead of time online or even going through the drive through normally without a soul in front of me. They rarely have the seasonal or limited-time-only menu items too. I can use the app, order what I want, but won't be notified until I get to the location that something I already paid for is out of stock. I *never* write bad reviews, but this is too bad to overlook - for me anyways.
Crew leader was very rude! I ordered a two piece breast dinner and she brought a leg /thigh. I thought no big deal an asked if she would swap it. Apparently you shouldn’t ask for what you paid for. Also there no ac a dinning room has water pouring out of ceiling. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to.
