Order food after I paid said it would be a few minutes on chicken 45 mins later I asked for refund was told they could not so I was late for an appointment. I waited almost 1 hour for 2 meals,
Nothing but a joke. Order and paid for food at 2pm only to get told to park in first parking spot because they are cooking the fried pickles I ordered. It is now 2:13 and still no food. It doesn’t take this long to cook an order of fried pickles. They need to get there stuff straight. And if you don’t carry the stuff on the menu anymore then updated the menu. Has been nothing but a problem since it came to Clanton. There’s always an issue.
Absolutely disgraceful. Shut it down! Surly employees Cold and old food Customer service is in the toilet Is this the type of service the Popeyes brand wants to advertise? If so they can take their Louisiana kitchen back to Louisiana.
Worst visit to fast food place ever. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru before going inside. Total chaos. While there was a woman with a headset she clearly wasn't using it. First 3 orders thrown away because they were wrong. Only male ate the entire 30 minutes I waited for my order. Which was wrong. I endured 10 minutes of ranting about how hard it is to work in fast food and patrons should be more understanding. Why is this place open? The black lady was basically running by herself. So much waste of food.
Makes me kinda sad more than anything. Went in and ordered their new special sandwich, employees just gave me grilled fish with two buns on it. Ordered a medium boneless honey barbeque and was just given some tenders with some dipping sauce on the side. Got charged 16$ for the pleasure. I don't know if they just aren't trained well on the menu or not, even if so I am not quite sure how much more clearly and politely I could've spoken to them. :( Should have just gone down to the Pizza Hut a little ways down the street.
