Went there on Sunday 7/19 at around 12:30pm, waited forever just to place an order. The woman at the cash register barely spoke english and we had to repeat our orders several times. Also, extremely slow in preparing our food, watched her put the chicken into the boxes and into the to go bags and just took way too long. She was incompetent and inexperienced. Either retrain her to work faster or hire someone else to replace her would be my suggestion.
Services are terrible, unbelievable
came many time with no spicy chicken option. Wonder if popeye not gonna sell spicy chicken for drive thru customer anymore? i did order by doordash uber before which they make me the spicy chicken. this is a very bad experience while they treat customer differently.
