Terrible customer service at the Popeyes near the highway in Kenosha. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for nearly 10 minutes, repeatedly saying “hello,” with no response. When someone finally answered, I was told they were out of mac and cheese and spicy chicken legs—even though the restaurant wasn’t closing for another hour. The staff seemed completely uninterested in taking or preparing my order. Very disappointing experience.
I waited over 45 minutes for an online food order pickup… ridiculous…
Haven't been to popeyes in years. Went today with a coupon for a thigh & leg combo. Got home & I was given a breast & a wing. The coupon even had a picture of the meal. Freaking hysterical....Racial? Maybe....
Great family oriented dining restaurant at good prices.
