CAME TO THIS LOCATION TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING PREGNANT WANTING BONELESS CHICKEN THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY HAD CHICKEN AND SPICY CHICKEN AT THAT AND THEY WERE NOT COOKING ANYMORE FOR THE NIGHT. SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 2.9 RATING. DECIDED TO GO TO KFC ACROSS THE STREET AND WAS TREATED WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE DRIVE THRU lady has no patience , no understanding about how to fill an order, luckily the MAN that handed me the food was very professional and very attentive, but the most horrible thing about it is that the food was cold..... Colder than room temperature , for that overpriced food....
