I order online
They made me wait an hour for two chicken sandwiches unacceptable.
My red beans and rice were sour and tenders were clearly left out for a while because they were shriveled up and dry . Popeyes is already pricey. If I’m paying 15 dollars for a 3 piece tender can they at-least be fresh and not the last of the batch that’s been sitting out all morning
Edit: After my poor experience last time. I decided to give this location a try again and THIS time they did not disappoint. The chicken was freshly made (all of it was there) and of course delicious. Also customer service reached out to me and gave me points. I will say they accidentally gave me mashed potatoes instead of red beans and rice but the chicken is vastly improved from last time so it's okay.
