How is it that I have only been to this place 2xs and both times they are out of honey. Clearly they don't care to stock but will charge 00.50 for a side that comes with the meal. Very sad

I spent more than 45 minutes waiting for an order I asked for, they had voted for my ticket and did not know that they had done it and when they gave me the order the chicken was raw.
Of all the Popeyes I have gone to this HAS to be the worst one yet. I ordered online for pickup and I got to the intercom and told the Popeyes employee that I ordered online for pickup. She asked me my name and I told her and she said okay. I waited behind two cars for 10 minutes. By the time I got to the window they pretty much asked me what did I want, as if they were caught off guard by my presence. I told them I am the one that ordered online to pick up.
