Today I went through drive thru and ordered 2 3PC for $5. Well, stepped out the car and the chicken fell from one box I caught the other one. Looking at the boxes, you don't have closures on the boxes of chicken anymore so now they don;t close and you are at your own risk believing the boxes are closed properly. Well needless to say, I lost one box. That's the service failure!!
Let's just say ,I didn't mind waiting in line for my meal.
