Dark meat was over cooked
Dry chicken. Shrimp didn't seem like it was made to order, would have been great had it been fresh. Guy who I think was the manager was cool, the APP was jacked up, and that's the reason for actually having to go inside. I have not been inside of a Popeyes since like 1994 and I don't think this Popeyes has been outside since.
