2 pieces of hair in my food… first time and last time coming here.
I never leave reviews—but this experience is so consistently bad, I had to say something. Every time I go to this location, something is missing from my order. Whether it’s sauces, sides, or even main items, they just don’t seem to care. And to make it worse, the staff has a terrible attitude.
The last FOUR times I have been here, they haven't had any spicy chicken!!! Last night it took TEN minutes to order with only two vehicles in front of me. When I got to the window, I was told it would be five minutes, as they had no spicy tenders. TWELVE minutes later I went into the store to see an entire bin of spicy tenders which they proceeded to bag up for me. They were very rubbery and I threw them away. What a waste of over 15 dollars. Order the bundle. 3 piece / 3 piece 2 chicken dippers. Missing 1 piece of chicken from each box/ bisques and 1 full chicken dipper. I tired to called but the number is no longer in service.
