I haven't had Popeyes in several years, due to the lack of decent service. Once again, items missing from the order. $15 bucks for a 3 piece with two sides (2 meals for me, which is the only reason I'd pay that price). So sad...guess that will be my last visit.
Came there two separate occasions both occasions the same thing happened. I place a mobile order I go to pick it up and it’s not ready they make me pull in a spot and I waited for over 30 min for my order just for me to have to walk in there and let them know I’m stlll there and that I was still waiting. I watched people who came way after me with bigger orders come and go before me. The service in that store is ridiculous and unacceptable.
