If I could put 0 stars i would. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a popeyes location. I ordered my food directly on the popeyes app for delivery. I spent $50 and only received half of my food. Apparently the food was stolen by my delivery driver but when I went in to the store they were no help to me. They advised me to go through doordash but i didnt order on doordash. I ordered on popeyes.com. Im so upset because I had to come out of pocket and repay for food that was stolen from me. This location has been declining in both customer service and food presentation long before the remodel. Yes you have the bright and shiny kiosks but it doesn't hurt to actually deal with the paying customer. There's either not enough chicken ready for the lunch or dinner rush. Or the people who are supposed to be at the register are never there.
