I work at the mall and every time I go to order the wraps here they say they don’t have them when it’s promoted on website and on their menu super disappointing

I placed an order ahead online order for an hour later. I arrived about 10 minutes after my original pick up time. My order wasn't even close to ready, I ordered all spicy chicken and I'm told they don't have any spicy chicken here at the moment. Then after deciding to accept the regular chicken I had to wait an additional 30 minutes at the counter for them to make my order. This is the most unorganized popeyes I have ever been to. Also the last time I will ever come here.
I went there the other day because either was hanging out with some friends. Two of my friends went over and ordered a single chicken sandwich. Nothing else. It took over 40 minutes and other people got thwre much larger orderes before them. Then I went over and I wanted some fries. I got a large. 8 dollars is absolutely insane. Anyway, the employees where on there phones and taking personal calls. We waited 25 minutes for a lady to shovle some fries into a box. Super annoying.
