his was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The customer service was appalling. My husband and I placed an online order and paid in advance, as evidenced by the attached receipt with the date clearly printed on it. However, when we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that they couldn't provide it because our order wasn’t showing in their system.
