If the posted closing time is 10:30 PM, it is not acceptable to close at 10:15 PM or prevent customers from entering before the stated time. Doing so misleads customers and results in unnecessary loss of time and money. Businesses should honor their advertised hours of operation. false advertising or deceptive business practice is not acceptable.
If you can get past the transients/self-made concierges at the door, then you have to face the Callous Cashiers. I asked for a fresh biscuit with my chicken. She pointed behind her, "They're all fresh. They just came out." BS. When biscuits first come out, there is steam and they are shiny from the butter. These biscuits could have been used as weapons. I hate this location, but there are none others nearby. Phooey.
We got our food through Uber Eats. Our order was perfect. It came just how we ordered it. I got the 5 piece original chicken strips with fries. It came with a biscuit and drink. They have Coke products and Dr.Pepper. The chicken is crispy and juicy. I love their BBQ and honey mustard dipping sauce. I tried their chocolate chip biscuits for the 1st time. They were tasty. I just wish it had more frosting on it.
