They are not professional they have attitude
Took order wrong. Didn't correct the order right. No fries with meal. No ice for drinks. No utensils for mash potatoes. No effort of any kind to do a job correctly.
Adawn gave the best customer service I’ve had at Popeyes in a long time! She verified my order before I even pulled up to the window, which I really appreciated because it made sure everything was correct. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even let me know what items were in stock so there wouldn’t be any surprises. On top of that, she was polite, professional, and friendly the whole time.
