I always call for order pick up. I always speak with Mohammed or Maria very people. They ALWAYS take my order over the phone, until today Wed. 09/17/2025. A Luis picked up very rude, he said he could not take my order over the phone, I had to do it over the internet. I asked if he was the manager he answered in a very rude way " It is obviously I am" He hung up on me, when I tried calling back several times he blocked my call. I placed an order through Grubhub they lost my order, couldn't get them to help me find out what happened. Very dismissive, I left without any food and hungry. Most probably will not come back.
Chicken is very bland it’s like they don’t seasoning the chicken this my second time getting food them and each time the chicken don’t taste like the real Popeyes chicken.
