I ordered through the Popeyes app and went to pick up my food, only to be told that none of the items I ordered were available. Instead of canceling the order themselves, the staff told me I had to do it, which was frustrating after making the trip for nothing. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful and the employees had poor attitudes. They even started cleaning up before closing time. Very disappointing experience.

I thought this order would be perfect but I still had to wait an hour for it to arrive and my food and packaging were opened and even the mashed potatoes looked like they had been eaten.

I normally enjoy Popeyes, but my recent order from this location was very disappointing. I placed an online order and ended up waiting over an hour to get my food. When I finally got home, I realized my water and fries were missing, and instead of the 12-piece boneless wings I ordered, I received 12 bone-in wings that were undercooked and cold.
