Crowded. Dirty. Slow. Inefficient. Purchased nothing and will not return.
It's always a super long wait.... I entered the drive through at 11:22am with two cars in front of me... left the drive through at 11:51am. Also, when you pull up to the window to pay, they ask you to reverse to the brown garbage can until your food is ready. Then signal you to the Window to pay & get your food.

I have seen two employees punch in put hair nets on did not wash their hands and start taking orders and packing food for drive thru. The person ringing up in front is also prepping food without wearing any gloves very unfriendly a worker sitting on the phone idk if they short staff but the workers are not following safety procedures with their cleanliness of themselves.
This is the worst Popeyes ever I hope they fire everybody and get better staffing what’s the reason of hiring people like this that don’t want to work for real playing with people food like people not paying for this with there hard earned work money is crazy I work just like them. I don’t deserve good food and service?
