I like the food but the employees at the Chicopee,Ma location don't seem to care about what they are doing, they act like they don't want to be there and most don't know how to count, today was the 2nd time that I ordered a family size deal and both times they got the count wrong, this time I ordered the 10pc special for 5 people and got 8pcs and a half a wing, I tried calling but no answer, going to stop in tomorrow to talk to the manager. I ordered 12-piece wings with garlic parm and lemon pepper sauce with a sweet tea it took a while for my order but I had patience when I got home it was regular tea and only two Ranch sauces which is not what I ordered so never again will I go there
