I ordered from UberEats. They failed to provide a chicken sandwich or a $20 4-piece meal. When I called, they wouldn't pick up the phone to even address the issue. Gross incompetence. They do not check the orders before they go out. I would never order from this establishment again, until they fired the manager and brought in someone capable enough to require the staff to check the receipt for the significant amount they charge but fail to deliver.
Some Employees make mistakes but all the Managers fix them they messed up My order several times I go back and tell the Managers and they get Me back straight I Love that Popeyes I will be returning matter of fact today I'm going they messed up My order Friday sent My nephew in there for a two can dine they gave Me the wrong pieces and shorted Me one but I know they will fix it chicken was still hot and good just the wrong pieces
