Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, for cold chicken that was burnt when it was fresh. Sides cold too. Never coming back here. Wasn't fast friendly or fresh.
This is the second time I ordered from them and my order was wrong and did not come to my adresss
Ordered food online at 12:05 , went to pick up order to not receive food until 1:22, was told that the orders put in before me are coming up first. There were no sprinkles or honey or drinks !
Today, ordered per app at 12:05p. Left to pickup food. Order not ready until 1:22p. Only 3 employees: manager, cook and drive thru. Pop machine not working, no honey, no Cajun sprinkles. Food had flour-y taste. No refund on drink order. Manager loudly complaining about staff calling off. Door dash Uber eats orders not available.
