Popeyes chicken is always great. I love the biscuits as well! but sometimes they are just a lil hard, which means they may have been sitting to long. Pls check your biscuits before selling them. I will make sure to check them from now on.
This Popeyes is the absolute worst. Customer service and food is bottom of the barrel quality. They never have fresh chicken ready, then they give you attitude how long before fresh chicken is ready. I took my chicken back for a refund because I'm tired of repeatedly being served old chicken. The manager Donald was very rude and even allowed one of his young, female employees to consistently make rude remarks and comments to me as a customer, right in front of his face.
