bad manager very rude
The manager at this location provided horrible customer service. She was rude and unprofessional and with that behavior should not be in a management position. I left the restaurant before being served, because I did not want to spend my money there. The incident occurred 8/21/25 around 11:30 am. They were obviously short-staffed, which I understand, but don't take it out on the customer. I will not be back to this location.
i have had a bad experience every time and this is my 3rd time and the worst one yet , took my money after placing an order find out their closed how i’m i allowed to place and order and you then turn around and say closed ????? make it make sense so now i’m going thru a lot for an inconvience they created , the other two times bad service two female employees bickering one looked like a manager african lady and the other one black female with glasses and braids they’re obviously overwhelmed but that don’t excuse your poor s... read more
