Family chicken ,red beans and rice ordered. Chicken all pieces burned, hard..biscuits were hard. This was takeout order 7pm 08.19.2026. called to voice problem....rang 10 times. No answer. $21.85 wasted!!

I wish I could give zero stars . This is my fourth time not receiving my food from this location. Three times in person and one time as a DoorDash order. My DoorDash order was canceled due to not having chicken. Every single time that I have come in person, I have been told that they are out of chicken one time I came, I was told that they are out of all sides except for coleslaw. What a disaster! They ripped me off for over $15 worth of food. Not again. Anyone thinking of getting some food from the restaurant off of University Blvd, beware...

The service SUCKS!! They need to shut down if they are going to provide this type of service. My whole order was messed up and I called and they refused to answer the phone. DO NO GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I paid $21 for WHAT!! The pie was the wrong kind, the drink was carbonated water, no sause and the fries were old and cold. Why pay that amount of money for sucky food. Plus THERR WAS NOBODY THERE!!! Nobody in line and nobody in the store! You have to be kidding me!! SHUT IT DOWN!!
