The customer service is always positive. But the food is inconsistent. I live pretty far away from any Popeyes establishment, so when I travel to one I’m really looking forward to it. 😂 So it’s disappointing when I get all the way home and the rice is hard in the rice n beans. Or I got spicy chicken when I asked for traditional. Or there’s 2 drumsticks when I asked for all thighs or if they can’t do all thighs. Especially if I pay extra for them. Ordered a 5pc tender meal ($15) in drive thru. I got home opened the box & was given 4 tenders & a whole bone in wing! I do not like or eat bone in chicken! It looked good but it was far from it. I tried eating the tenders but they were hard, dry & 1 rubbery. The red beans & rice were HORRIBLE. I tried calling them several times & only got a message saying the call was restricted and/or the store was busy. There’s never ANY chicken. Why isn’t chickens not constantly being dropped? For a place that sells chicken, with or without bones it’s a no brainer. The operations here is AWFUL and there’s always coupons but never any food. Ridiculous.
