The food was very good
They are the slowest people I have ever witnessed working in a fast food industry. The place was nasty.
Lately, the Signature Chicken hasn’t been cooked properly—it’s coming out greasy and underdone. The quality seems to have dropped, and it feels like the staff may need better training or consistency. I used to really enjoy Popeyes, but recently it hasn’t been the same.
