This location is terrible, don’t bother wasting your time. Employees are extremely rude and slow as a sloth. They need to hire some new people. 30min wait for food to come out? It is not hard to make chicken and get an order right. This owner clearly does not like money and doesn’t know how to run a restaurant.
Placed an order for Grubhub delivery at 10:04 because according to the website THEY OPEN AT 10. Got a call from Grubhub at 10:45 that my driver got to the restaurant and it was closed therefore my order had to be canceled. I understand the bad reviews completely about this place.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to receive a large mac and cheese that was about three-quarters burnt. The red beans and rice tasted like melted plastic with crunchy, undercooked rice mixed in. The biscuits were so dry and hard they were nearly inedible. After such a long wait, I expected fresh, properly prepared food. Instead, everything seemed rushed, overcooked, or poorly made. Extremely disappointing paying for this experience
