Not only I had to wait in line for about 8 -10 minutes on the drive thru (only a car ahead me ) but the greeting was unpleasant and I was told it will take about 20 minutes for the chicken since it was frozen ... Really ?
Horrible even by Popeyes standards. Good luck catching the lobby actually open.
Everything was fast, hot, and delicous. But glad I checked the bag before I left. My large mac n cheese containers were not full (half and 3/4). That being said, when I took them inside to get them properly filled, the gentleman behind the counter did so quickly, no questions asked.
The food is good but the service is extremely slow and the folks working inside are certainly not the friendliest .
